Illegal Demolition of a residential Building

I am a 64 yrs aged widow lady, residing at R.No.1, Sangam Building, P.No.18, J.P.Road, Nr Jhun Jhunwalla College, Ghatkopar West; Mumbai-400086.

Our abovementioned bulding is a ground 2floor, 47 years old building. The land lord has started demolition of `the said` building from yesterday i.e. from 23/02, without entering into agreement with the tenants to vacate the building for reconstruction or redevelopment. He has not offered any transit accomodation or not the alternate accomodation in the reconstrcted (WOULD BE) building.

As he is illegally demolishing the building, we all the residents of the Sangam Building, will eithe die due to rabbit is thrown directly to our heads, or will come on the footpaths.

So, it is necessary to take immediate action to stop him doing such activities. If not done so immediately, the Municipal Authorities will be held respnsible for helping the Land lord.

I again would like to request to take necessary actions immediately.
