ATM CARD REQUEST

Dear Sir

My Name is Shailesh Kumar i am consumer of State Bank of India (Residencial Colony, Kankarbagh, Patna, bihar, Branch Code 3564). My Saving A/C no. is 30012766387. I have done a request for Replace ATM Card. Bank accept my request and send new ATM card via BPC BANGLORE GPO Dated 09-08 Ref. No. EK326038134IN.

Still i have not received ATM card then enquires from nearest post office Lohia Nagar (Patna) accourding to post office Staff ATM Card has been delevered on 17-08, but i have not received any document from post office. i saw hard copy of proof of delevery found no any signature on receiving.
