We the resident/people of E & F Pocket, Sec- 7, Rohini locality bring to your kind notice that An Unauthorized Construction is going at the Top Floor of H. No. F-24/ 51, Sec-7, Rohini. One more floor is being added on the 3Rd (Top) Floor without any approval on Map (Layout Details).

It is a matter of concern that Top Floor owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizly. The House is already having three floors & extended Chajjas. It is feared that any additional load would affect the structural stability adversely. The Safety of the Building, Residents, Neighbours & Public at large is at great risk due to this Illegal. Unauthorised Construction.

It may invite unavoidable disaster and may cause loss of human lives as the Existing Walls /Foundation of Building may not take any Additional Load.

We the people of the locality have already requested the Top Floor Owner not to add any extra Floor in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction he said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting with the Govt, MCD official concerns.

It is humbly submitted that appropriate action should be taken against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction posing risk to human lives can be stopped.

We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts.
