Footpaths

Whenever i travel by road i see 85 % of the footpaths on the road are occupied by immigrants from outside mumbai or somewhere there are barricades without a cut in between for passing which means no one can use the footpaths anywhere so why dont these should be removed so that it gives a little more space for traffic jam on the roads. In mhada lanes being very short ha sfootpaths on both sides & parking on both sides so there is no space for cars to pass freely
