Illegal Job Card Issue

I don't know how it is possible But it is true that I even Have Job card..!!!

But How is it possible..??? Where I've never applied for it..?? (Actually I don't require Job Card.)

And even My dad (Father) have Job Card...!!??? where My Dad is a School Teacher and no Knowledge of it...!!!

Not only this, I have seen almost every body of our villager have job cards even some body have more then one job Cards..!!! Even School Principal Have Job card..!!!

But How is it possible.!? I am sure nobody knows that they have Job Cards as me. Means Someone is doing this for their benefit without our knowledge.

And My Complain is:

Why cant MGNREGA take necessary action against it..?? Are they Blind...??? Why Some one is using my name in fake..??? Without any verification or my knowledge why My name is being used like this..???

Please Take Some necessary Action.
