Transfer of PF account

There is no response given by Micro labs ltd Bangalore office, even after contacting personally. My present emplyer has submitted form-13 (Revised) to Microlabs ltd and with request for further process and submission to concerned RPFC office.

Requested to give acknowledgement of receipt of PF transfer form. If not in receipt then pl help in for further process.

My previous PF and EPF a/c no KN/6703/12826 and my present PF a/c no MH/46585/23511627 & EPS a/c no is MH/46585/4575
