Complaint against non deleivery

Dear Sir/Mam,

On 15th oct my client dispatched some documents through Madhur Courier. Docket no. 5140935951. i track this no. on your site. it was mentioned that it has already reached the branch office-Netaji subhash place. When i talked to your head office they said that the delievery has already been made but when i asked for the reciever's details they said, that the courier is still resists with the courier boy and gave me a no. that is 9711213236. I talked to him too, he said that he does not have any details and assured me that he will deliever the courier by monday morning. But now, when i am ringing him again he is just disconnecting the phone.

You tell me sir, who will be responsible for lost of my documents. Is this kind of service providing by you.

Please do something in this matter otherwise i will be forced to take an action
