Corrupted official at Passport office

Today I went to apply for a Tatkaal passport after registering online with all the supporting documents. After standing in the line for 3 hrs we were asked to leave as the quota for today is completed. As long as I was in the line people behind me are disappearing I thought its because of the sun's heat but NO they are taking agent help f0r 2000 and 3000 and getting the token to get into the counter. I really felt very bad that all the police official just entertaining these acts right in front of them and are totally corrupted. Shame on Indian Police and Agents they are just minting money like anything.

I feel the central government has to streamline this process correctly with cancel all the agents license.
