Delay in issuance of Passport

Dear Sirs,

My wife has applied for Passport with Passport office Bhopal

Application No. BPL-Z285327-10 Dtd.03.03.2010.

On enquring about the status of application on the relevant internat site of

Govt.of M.P. first the message shown that the passport will be delivered by 18.05.2010.

Than on enquiring after the given date

A message is repeteadly shown since last 1 and a half month that "due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a weeks time"

But till today i.e.14.07.2010 the passport has not been received and the same message is shown.

plz.help us in this matter.
