Noise pollution and illegal manufacturing of products in a complex shop

I am a resident of moti bazar dehradoon, for the past many years there has been a complex named "devki complex" near my place. It has two shops on second floor that are being used for manufacturing furniture items (though complex shops cannot be used for manufacturing purpose).this is my problem. They continously beat the hammer so loudly even at night till 12 that we are unable to sleep. Being a student it also effects my studies.

Recently they have started using cutting machines which make much noise.

I request you to take strict action against them and solve my problem.
