Account not getting transferred from Banka to Vimanpura post office bangalore

My MIS account number is 260647, and it's been 7 month since i applied for account transfer (applied on 19/8). Till now even after visiting post office 10 times i am not getting any solution. I need this account to be transferred from Banka (Bihar) post office to Vimanpura post office (Bangalore). I will suggest people not to apply for transfer, rather stay away from post office services.
