this complaint is w.r.t.t. the property of Late Mrs Krishna Devi Kartarchand Dhamija at Plot No. 6, Preet Nagar Society, Chandan Nagar, Pune - 411014.

Late Mrs Krishna Devi Kartarchand Dhamija has died without making a will & she has 2 sons: Mr Suresh Kumar Dhamija & Mr Jagatpal Dhamija.

Mr Jagatpal Dhamija has stated in a registered release deed done in year 1986 that neither him, nor his wife or his children have any rights on the said property in Chandan Nagar both in present & in future.

However they are doing illegal construction on this property without seeking permission from us & without giving us a share in the same.
