SUB: 15 days delay in effective date of mis a/c no 70819373 after deduction from my a/c

Dear sir,

A cheque of Rs. 1, 50, 000/- (One lakh fifty thousand only) of SBI chq no. 341815 dtd. 01.04.2010 along with duly filled in mis form was submitted to the post master rspo chandannagar on 01.04.2010. The amount was debited from my SBI a/c on 07.04.2010. But the effective date as mentioned in mis passbook was 22.04.2010 that is it took 21 days to process the mis and I lost 21 days interest.

On receiving the pass book, I immediately submitted a complaint on 04.05.2010 to the Sr. P.M. Srerampur, through P.M. of rspo Chandannagar with photocopy of bank pass book and mis pass book. Till date no action has been taken.

So, kindly arrange to rectify the above effective date of mis pass book as 07.04.2010 instead of 22.04.2010. Please let me know when done on my telephone no. given below.
