This is an email I have received to pay £466 to receive a cheque od £500, 000. Please let me know it this is a scam?

Below is the valid information for the direction of your payment to you for the dilvery of your parcel to you;

DHL United Kingdom Courier Services does not accept payment on delivery because your payment would be used for the expense covered.

For your location the your delivery charges is £445.00 Great British Pounds. And we would like to confirm your payment before we can head for your destination. You are to be aware that the delivery of your parcel is diplomatic thus the high cost of delivery due to the large amount in cheque that we are to deliver to you.
