Power cut and bill

We are facing unscheduled power cut now a days specially in our area. I leave in Scheme no. 71, near gumasta nagar, Indore (M/P), India. In this area the power cut occurs any time any day without information, even I am paying my bill regulary. Even abot bill, my bill was coming neary 500/- average from last some months and last month I get bill of amount rS.1300/- Even then I didn't complain for the same but if you can do something in the matter then please do.

About power cut when I try to phone on complain no of area i.e. 6510564 I never get connected I always get busy massage, and when I tryied to complanin on comster care no 1912 I never get answered, ring continuously sounds but no one is there to asnwer. In such condition someone will get mantly disorder facing such conditions. Please do needful for the same and give punishment to the concerned persons who are behaving very unresponsbl, Government posted them for the doing work and for satisfaction of the clients, not to bother them
