Getting Electric Bill for Vacant Apartment

Hi,

We are getting Electric bill 1500 Rs for June (K.S Shrivastava B-49 (A) MIG Colony Sanjay upwan Indore M.P 452008), This apartment is vacant from 15 May till 30 June Then too reading took for 400 units and gave bill of 1500Rs. Kindly suggest what to do with this bill?
