Power cut on diwali evening

Hi,

I am staying in Vishal Nagar Indore along with my family. This is deewali eve and everyone expect that whole house will be full of light on this day but here in vishal nagar power has cut down. We had a word with power house incharge and they asked to wait for 10 mins and now it has been aprox 1 hour but no progress so far.

This is really very disgusting and why this is happening on diwali evening and so far no progress on the issue since 4 PM.

I would appreciate quick action on this issue and expecting it to resolve in next 15-20 mins.

Apart from that i have one more concern which i need to raise here. As of now we dont have any permanent connection in this colony. Minister of this ward promised to provide permanent connection in this colony as soon as possible but this was promised around 6 months back but nothing has happened since then. I am not very sure about this "as soon as" of the minister. We are paying almost 2-3 fold electricity bill every month and for a middle class family it's quite tedious to pay such heavy bills.

I would appreciate action on issue 2 as well and will expect this to be resolved in next 2 months.

If there would no response on any of the problem then i have to escalate it to further levels.
