PF Complaint

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my PF No. KN/25075/11999 & KN/16573/22036.

1. KN/25075/1199

This PF application form was submitted by Mphasis, Bangalore (My previous employer) on 15th of September. The receipt of the PF claim withdrawal application was duly acknowledged by the Office of Regional PF Commissioner Bangalore as on 15th Sept.

On the Last week of December when i checked the Website http://www.epfbng.kar.nic.in/ for my Claim Status, it stated that "Your claim is returned on 23/11. Kindly provide the details asked For". Now i have been chasing PF office and my Company Mphasis from that time onwards, and i havent had any clue about where my application has been returned to and what additional details they require. I have sent repeated mails to Mphasis PF department & PF office bangalore (ro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in) but in vain.

2. KN/16573/22036

This PF application form was submitted by my previous employer Mphasis, Bangalore at Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Bangalore and the receipt was duly acknowledged on 7/12. Now when i check on the EPFO website for my claim status, it states that the Claim has not been received by the office. When i check with Mphasis PF department they ask me to send a mail to PF office and find out.

The fact is, i have submitted 2 PF withdrawal application forms (Mphasis entity & Msource entity), however have had no clue on whats happening to both of them. Neither anyone is responding positively with a solution. Hence with great desperation, i have arrived at this forum seeking some help and guidance on the matter.
