Dear sir

Only one person resides at the following address. She is a widow and making her both ends meet with very difficulty out of meager pension of her late husband.

Avg monthly bill amount is 570 Rs per month.

We Stay in small town which has a status of tehsil i.e. 12 hours of power supply.

As the usage in the house are limited and bill amount is much I feel there is some fault in meter.

I already wrote an application six month back, subordinates in the office say I have to meet manager personally. But manager is never available in the office.
