Sir,

M/S Banerjee & Co. obtained trade license in the year 2003 by fraudulant means (assesee no. 41-124-05-0252-9 ward no.124.Mr Debabrota banerjee the propeitor used concocted documents to obtain this licence without taking the permission of the legal owners. The alleged document was obtained by forged signature of Mr. Arun Kr Bhattacharya. The real owner of the property was ignorant about the existence of the company.

Kindly take appropriate measures to stop the malpractise as the issuance of the trade licence has caused emmense damage to the residential property of the premise no. 816/5 D.H Road, Kolkata-63
