Part delivery of items in the courie

Dear Sir,

I booked a courier at M/S Documentation and stationers, 2-Mission Compound, Bachcha Park, Meerut on December 9 (Courier No.298091457). The courier was to be delivered to Mr. Abhishek Sharma, D/0/10, Platinum City, HMT Road (near CMTI), Yeshwantpur, Bangalore ((Ph. 9481103142). The packet weighed 2 Kg. and contained following items:

1. One Track Suit

2. One Kurta

3. 1 Kg. Gazak

4. One Greeting card

All the items were shown to the person who booked the courier and were put in a polyethylene bag in his presence. The courier was delivered on 11-12. When it was opened it contained all the items except the Track Suit. When we came to know we complained to the dealer and the Courier company M/S Blazeflash Corier Limited located in Metro Plaza, Delhi Road, Meerut (complaint No. 235). Neither the company nor the dealer took it seriously and so far they have taken no action.
