Electricity poll in Bad condition

There is lot of electricity poll in bad condition in Saphale divison area, Mseb people is not attending complaints of villagers, they are living like they life in mouth of Tiger. Mseb is people is saying that we cant romove the polls until poll complecty come down or crack, Mseb will give compesion for any loss. but how will people get it after there is no life.
