Bill without proper reading

Sir,

MSEB Dept. of kalyan send us 4090/- electricity bill without any reading they show status of our miter as faulty.

our electric miter has stop showing due to rain but it is working. i have requested the proper Officer at their kalyan office but they do not considered my request and ask me to aid all the amount immediately outherwise they will cut our supply of electricity connection.
