Load Shading beyond Time Table

I am leaving in Shewalewadi, Uruli Devachi (Bhairvanath) Tal. Haveli Dist. Pune-412308. In our area load sheding done by MSEB is beyond the time table they published in news paper, students and all other emergeny services get affected very much. Can anybody pls look into the matter and solve our problem? We have facing this problem for countless hours and seen that from the area of PMC which is near to us there are using flash lights of someone club and in our area student cant get power in their exam schedule also. I feel that these will be the reasons of making NAXALWADI.
