Unsatisfactory Electricity Bill

Dear Sir,

Myself Saurabh Shukla is using the consumer no. : 000366743391 for electricity. Sir I was not in home and all the power switch were off from 10th Nov’11 to 25th Nov’11 morning . then electricity bill for the month of 23.10.2011 to 23.11.2011 should be less from last month but it so more.

The last paid bill amount was Rs. 330.00/- and this month bill is Rs. 390.00/-. Requesting you to clear this issue as soon as possible because the last date is 08.12.2011.

Please help me and resolve the issue.
