MSEB Complaints - 7hr 30min Load shedding & Frequent electricity failure in Kausa - Mumbra Division

This is regarding electricity failure & electricity load shedding problem in Mumbra - Kausa,

In mumbra-Kausa there is frequent power failure for a long time. also now load shedding times also got increasea by more 1 hr, now load shedding is morning 9:15am to 1:00pm afternoon, & again 2:45pm to 6:30pm. total 7hrs 30min load shedding in mumbra in day time, whole day we have to stay in hot temprature, without FAN.

as compare to Kalwa load shedding time got decrease.

Sometime even power cut hit for more than 10 to 12 hours which is affecting most of the people whose office, business and workshop depends on electricity.

I have also seen power failure happening due to poor transformer performance which tends to fails frequently in most of the areas of Kausa – Mumbra. It seems proper maintenance and routing checkup may solve this issue, however it doesn’t happen in Kausa – Mumbra. In case of transformer failure we have to call MSEB 15 to 20 times to come and fix it, instead they don’t turn up and we have to go at their office located at Bharat Gear and bring them.

I request you to look at this issue with priority and take appropriate action on MSEB employees.
