Somebody Misrepresnet my PF

When i claimed the PF Amount i came to know that it has been sent to some other person who is bearing the same name of mine.

I reported the same to commisioner office and M/s Foxconn Letter dated 7-Jun-10. Till date there is no response from the M/s. Foxconn for this claim and also i much affected by this mishappening.
