M/s/ imperial Auot industries Ltd
PF amount not transferred correctly

Dear Sir,

I worked with M/s. Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. (Plant -1) Opposite Railway Goods Shed, from Feb'08 to Apr'08 & my 1st PF account no.is HR/1178/2607.

Then, I was transferred to M/s. Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. (Plant-2) Plot no : 94, Sector-25, I worked there from May'08 to Mar'09 & my 2nd PF account no.is HR/FD/9679/1597.

After this, I was transferred to: M/s. Imperial Auto Industries Ltd, (Plant-5); Plot no: 13/6, Mathura Road, Faridabad I worked there from Apr'09 to Nov'09 and my 3rd account no. is HR/FBD/11961/566.

In Nov'09, I have submitted 2 separate forms for amounts to be transferred from account nos: HR/1178/2607 (1st PF account no.) & HR/FD/9679/1597 (2nd PF account no.) to HR/FBD/11961/566 (3rd PF account no.). But I think the amounts were not transferred to the account no.: HR/FBD/11961/566.

On 08-Mar-11, I have applied for withdrawl of the amount, but the amount which I received in my bank account on 23rd Mar'11 was not the actual amount which is to be received. According to me, I have received the amount only for the PF account no.: HR/FBD/11961/566. Kindly get it checked & revert to me at my mail Id: anuj.384@gmail.com.
