Delay in reaching Thane as driver routed bus to panvel for diesel filling

Hi!

I am very sorry to say but the complaint I am writing is without any hope of getting resolution. But this is just one way for my satisfaction, that I have reduced my anger on government.

I travel to Pune very frequently & while travelling I have experienced this several times.

This time during my travel from Pune to Thane via semi Luxury bus no MH07 C 7262, the conductor diverted the bus to Panvel & took the bus to ST stand in panvel for diesel filling.

When a passenger asked the bus driver about the change of route, he didn't answer but behaved rudely. The bus conductor was not having logbook also with him.

The bus timing from Pune was 18.15pm i.e 6.15 evening but the bus arrived around 6:35 pm & left at 6:40pm.

It reached in Thane at 11:15 pm i.e almost 5hrs. Hence I have decided that I will never travel by Bus in the evening either it is Semi Luxury or Shivneri.

The reason being, we are paying for the ticket, but still we are not getting proper service. Instead we are harassed mentally & physically.

So if you people can actually figure out any solution it would be good for people who will be using MSRTC services in future. But from now onwards atleast I will never travel by MSRTC.
