Non-satisfactory speed of broadband

I have this MTNL Triband connection with a landline having number 01125082458. When we check their official site, their downloading speed is promised to be 256 kbps while the one we're being offered is merely 30 kbps.

Their connectivity is just pathetic and often the accessibility is interrupted.

I don't know if this is what they have got to offer. If yes then why fool us???

Why not say the reality so that we consider other option beforehand. I am paying Rs 649 per month for the internet and am not satisfied with the services at all..

Kindly look into trhe matter as soon as possible.
