Sir I am having mtnl post paid dolphin connection for more than five years I am having one india roaming plan in which mtnl offerd me 500 free min incoming on roaming but in my previous month bill mtnl charged the incoming calls on roaming. Sir my mob no is 9868919697 kindly look in the matter.
