Ivr facility is useful or not

Hai, this is Krishna i heard so many difficulties in IVR facility in gas agencies, i want to say is the facility useful to us because in normal course the gas agencies were not properly responding in booking of gas, now in IVR so many complaints in the office at Barkatpura. every one saying they have booked last week but till date they have not received gas cilinder. please try to give better service in that IVR facility.
