Up hold for Minor passport

Dear sir,

My son is 16 years and i have applied for minor passport for him. I have given original Annexure – G along with Annexure – H and all the required documents like address proof, etc.,

Now the problem is they have kept my son passport on hold and asking for his father passport, it is not there and we are separated but no legally divorced that is reason Annexure –G give, in front of Judicial Magistrate. Passport official is still not clearing my son passport and harassing me.

Kindly request you solve my problem.
