Toll Charges on Mumbai Nasik expressway

I have to travel to Padghe village on the Mumbai Nasik Expressway and this village happens to be just on the other side of the new Toll Plaza. I want to know why should I pay Rs80 toll just to pass this Toll Barrier and especially if I am not even using 1 Km of the expressway. If I have to pay Rs80 for not utilizing the expressway then this is sheer loot in broad daylight of the consumer.
