Need help in checking on a person sleeping on road since 2 days

Hi,

First of all I am not sure if this is the right place to complain or raise my concern. But I really think it might help.

I am a resident of Banashankari 3rd Stage in Bangalore. On my way to work yesterday I noticed a person sleeping in the bus stop that is in front of Boot Bazaar on the ring road. I noticed the same person sleeping in the same position with same clothes today as well. One of my colleagues informed me that she had seen this happen since Monday.

I do not take that route in the evenings, but having seen him sleep in the same position for over 24 hours leaves me with a doubt if he is still living, and if he is, then I think he is heavily sedated or needs medical help.

With heavy rains in Bangalore for over 12 hours now, it is impossible that the person is really fine.

I hope there is someone out there who can help. I feel very helpless as I do not know whom to get in touch with.
