Unauthorised Gumti & Garbage outside my house

I am a resident of A-1559, Indira Nagar near Shalimar Crossing, Lucknow. Just outside my gate a person has put up an unauthorized gumti of paan etc. Due to this there is lot of garbage and people create nuisance outside the gate and lot of persons of criminal tendency gather there which is not safe from security point of view. Also lot of garbage is collected just outside the house and the sewer line is also choked due to which there are lot of mosquitoes and health hazards.

In this regard I complained several times to the Nagar Nigam and police authorities but no action has been taken from any of them.

Please look into the matter urgently.
