Working culture of employee is very slow

Hello Sir,

In 1901, My “Great Grand- Father” who had taken some area for Business purpose, from the local Municipality at Lease. Thus before ending of the Lease period 1999(-19^th century), I had not only given them a hint but also notified them for renewal of my lease paper of that area. As the working culture in the town Area (Konch) is very poor and slow thus they had not renewed it yet after 9 years. Whereas, I am a regular tax payer of building situated in the Mill (Lease) area.

Due to this i am regular suffering, being torchered and harressed by the Railway development officer arbitrarily. They came twice (in 2004 and in 2009) and make encroachment through breaking the wall of my Mill (Lease) area. During this they had not accepted any document and refusing all the payment slips as i had paid the regular tax of the building situated in the Lease area.

These Days, as the impeachment had imposed to the Chair-Person of the Muncipality Konch (Dist.-Jalaun.), thus all the Rights & charges had been taken by the S.D.M. In recent Railway illegal encroachment he was also present there (by 23-Nov) but no action had been taken for my request as i was along with my document at the moment of breaking down the wall.

This time the overall estimated loss occured is Rs. 4.5 Lakh/-.
