Name on voter ID Card not correct

Dear Sir/Madam,

My & Father's name on the voter id card was spelt incorrectly as Rahul & Father's name is Rajapal instead of Rahul Kumar & Father's name Rajpal Singh. The online records on the electoral roll show my name as Rahul & Father's name as Rajapal whereas it should be Rahul Kumar & Father's name Rajpal Singh. The prescribed Form 8 that should be submitted for the correction of any details on the voter ID card was submitted in FEB. It has been over a Six Month now and still the corrected Voter ID card has not been sent to me or any kind of notice has not been sent to come and collect it. Kindly advise me as to what I should do next. I have always face to make my passport, Pan No.or others documents.

Please do needful as soon as possible.
