Arrest of rain water flow by shop owners

I request that the Pallavaram Municipal authority have to take action against the shop owners. As they are affecting other public health due to their attitude. This is my humble suggestion to set right this issue and I hope it will be cleared soon.

Due to heavy rain everywhere we have a problem day by day, mostly in main roads (Medavakkam Main Road, Madipakkam and Kelkattalai), it’s because of shop owner’s arrest the water flows in front of their shop’s, as they close the drainage way with slabs to entre their shops. It should be eradicate or they should not do like that, they should clear all waste materials before rain or every day in their usage area, instead of that they swept and pulled all the waste things in to drainage water cannel. So it gives more problems to other and also to this society.
