About wrong behaviour of agency

Sir this is virender grover from hisar, i want to gain your attention for wrong going in national gas service in hisar. sir my consumer no. is 4086 i booked my cylinder on 6th dec which has not been delivered yet. sir i took the cylinder from agency where they have mede compulsory that we have to pay rs.210 for gas pipe..i want to tell you that theycharged money from us last year also for gas pipe, thats so wrong sir... moreover they are giving cylinder at the rate of 347 but they have written that gas cylinder from agency is at rs.340... sir i request you to take necessary action please sir...
