His personal details are following: Name: Sayansree Paria; Passport No. E5328675; Place of Issue: Mumbai; Date of Issue: 30/05/03; Date of Expiry: 29/05/08. Till now I have not received any response regarding the new passport, as well as there is not record available against this file No. to see the status of the application from the website.
