Non Transfer of certificates

My mother Mrs Prem Lata Garg purcahsed National Saving Certificate no. 73EE 083298 for Rs. 10, 000/- on 16/07 from Head Post Office Ajmer.

She has now shifted to Delhi and had submitted an application on 10/04 for transfer of certiifcates to Post Office Sector 6, Dwarka New Delhi - 110075.

Please register the complaint for not taking any action for transfer of certificates from Ajmer to Delhi.
