ENCASH AFTER MATURITY

DEAR SIR

I purchased above said NSS SCHEME in the year 1994 under my name and my daughter `s name, kamiya jakhu and my son abhinandan jakhu, after maturity, my daughter went to the Post master garhshankar, punjab to receive maturity value but he did`t give money and said you were minor in the year 1995, so bring your father, But my daughter said I am major now and I have a valid CANADIAN PASSPORT and she produced a letter where i have attested her signature but postmaster was very very rude and told her, nothing can be done. ON DATED 19th nov ` I sent my friend after giving authotity letter but POST MASTER and his staff was totally rude and uncooperative me and my daughter and son currently live in Canada, it is not feasible us to go all three to India to collect the said amount, can you guide us what can be done in this case and oblige
