Nerul Post Office, Sector-3
Delayed delivery and Delivery to other people's house

This complaint is regarding Nerul Post Office in Sector - 3. I stay in Sector - 10, Nerul. Since few months it has been observed that we receive the letters very late and many a times the postman delivers the letter to other people's house and other's letters are delivered to our house, even if the address is specified correctly. Others wont be keen every time to give me the letters, as all are mostly working class people with busy schedule.

Please do the needful to eradicate this inconvenience caused by the Postman.
