New pension scheem
No deduction even after two years of joining govt. of uttarakhand in dept. of education

Dear Sir,

I and about 50 of my batchmates joined as asstt. teacher in february in govt of uttarakhand.but even by now there is no deduction from salary for NPS. we have already submitted PRAN forms before one year. other friends joined in other blocks of same district are continue with NPS.plz tell me who is responsible for this and what should be done.
