ENCROACHMENT BY DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Dear Sir,

I am one of the commutant, travelling everyday in NH4, Bangalore High Road. It is many people observation that, we have severe traffic jam near Sembarambakkam & Thandalam due to encroachement

by some domestic animals (cows & etc.,), we require to clear these kind of infringements, that too during peak hours, to avoid any major accidents leads to casualty, by using highway patrol vehicle.
