Sub: request-Petition for RTI ACT under section 6 (1)

1.) The length and breadth of the Area the acquired for NH Road and formed actually formed road

with in the following Boundaries may be furnished

In Salem district, Omalur Taluk, Deevattipatti Village S.No 64/1

new S.No 64/1a1, 64/1b, 64/1d, 64/1e,

Boundaries

North Adhi Dravidor colony Road,

west Salem to Dharmapuri NH Road

East Murugesan Wife Saraswathi Land and House

South Raja Wife Matheswari land.

2.) The Nature and number of Encroachment on ground in the above in NH Road

as on the date maybe furnished with length and breadth and height of the each of such encroachments.

3.) The date from which the encroachment mentioned in Para 1 and 2 are on ground maybe furnished

together with copy of all pages of the file including note-file, in which actions taken to remove the said

encroachments.

4.) The Name, Desigination, postal address, phone number, cell phone number, E-mail-ID of the

officers of your department who are supposed watch the maintenance, protection etc., may be furnished,

5.) The copy of the relevent portion of the act, Rule, Manual, Order, etc., which speak about the

nature of action to be taken to prevent remove and evict such encroachments during and after they are

taken place
