Cleanness of the gali

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Manohar Rana working with ACTION INDIA as project Coordinator and working for women empowerment at the Seemapuri area. I am complaining against cleanness my times by telephone to concern representative of the MCD department. But the employee is not working good because he comes and cleans the gutter sometimes. But he did not take up the maidy timely. Please give the instruction to the concern officer for the same purpose.
