Concrete Road stalled for 3 years now

The strech between Presentation Convent School SEC27, Seawoods - Darave East till the buildings like Jai Mata and others has been in a mess. The road has not been built and the residence have been waiting for 3 years now. The municipal authorities have been informed earlier but they say that the corpoator ran away and now the work might begin very soon. The irony is just because of election we are being assured that road will be made very soon, however since 2007 the road has been lying in a mess, and even now i personally feel that road might not be ready by June.
Can you please esclate this case as soon as possible?
