Delivery of Bills

We have mail boxes but they are not delivered in mail boxes. If we are lucky we will find them lying around it. For example Bill was dated somewhere in middle of november but I received it after 1st of January; so I missed first due date of 30/11. if I had paid before or before 30/11, amount would have been Rs 2848, but now I will have to pay Rs. 2905 if I pay it before 30/01. This means a penalty of Rs. 57. Good way to cheat a customer. K.V. Joshi
